Need I say more… Applications are due by the end of this week!

Do you or does someone you know enjoy being in front of a camera or a crowd?
Do you or does someone you know have a great personality?
If yes, then THIS could be your or their chance to become one of the Canadiens in-game hosts!

The Montreal Canadiens are currently seeking an in-game animator. This person will be required to host certain contests and interact with fans, all while being filmed and appearing LIVE on the Bell Centre’s giant screen before 21,273 fans at every home game.

The host/hostess we are looking for must have:

BULLETPROOF spoken English and French (we can’t stress that enough!)
A great personality, a pleasant appearance, and an innate photogenic quality
A good sense of humor
The ability to improvise and adapt to new situations on the fly
On-camera experience or experience in the visual media field
The availability to work all Canadiens home games
A knowledge about and passion for the Canadiens!
To apply, send your C.V. to along with a short video introducing yourself. In your video, tell us in both English and French why you’d love to be our next in-game host at the Bell Centre. You can also send this by mail to Club de hockey Canadien/Animator wanted, 1275 Saint-Antoine W. Street, 3rd floor, Montreal (Qc), H3C 5L2. If you don’t have access to a video camera, you must send us no fewer than three digital photos of yourself taken in different locales or from different angles.

Applications without demos or photos will not be considered
Considered applicants who submit photos but no videos, or a video in which they speak only one language, will need to undergo a brief phone interview before being invited for an in-person camera test
Only finalists for the position will be contacted
ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 27. The sooner you get yours in, though, the better – camera tests will begin immediately and in-game tryouts may begin as early as Saturday, February 21.
